It has been a little while since my last newsletter. We are back from our holiday in Europe and battling the post holiday blues! We have however timed it perfectly to get home for the lovely dry season sunny days.

So today I have a couple of new things to share and a couple of reminders. Below you will find:

If you are not in the market for a Thermomix® but know someone who is, then you need to get in touch with me to get your unique referral link. Featured Recipe: Chunky Bolognese

Finding the best bolognese recipe is very important for most Thermomix® users! I always used the one from the Basic Cookbook that came with my TM31 way back in 2009 - even once I upgraded to the TM6. However, after hearing rave reviews of this recipe from other consultants I knew I had to try it.

It cooks the meat in the basket above the sauce and you bring it all together in the end. This works perfectly and also means the total quantity you cook is more as you use 700g of mince. It is a recipe from Skinnymixers and has now become the bolognese recipe I cook every time.

Featured Collection: Potatoes

This new collection has just been released and brings together some of the best potato recipes. You are bound to find something perfect as a winter side dish. I am looking forward to trying the Boulangère potatoes.

The recipe I use for mashed potato isn't there, so I will share with you. For this, the quantity of potato is for two, but I just fill the basket so we have leftovers. I only add butter, so customise as you wish. It is also worth checking done at the end and cooking more as needed.
